What types of properties does Bestcare FM manage?

Bestcare FM manages commercial offices, shopping malls, hospitals, schools, industrial parks, warehouses, hotels, residential estates, banks, and government buildings across Kenya. If your property has a facility challenge, we have a solution — regardless of size or sector.

Do you offer integrated FM or individual services only?

We offer both. Clients can engage Bestcare FM for a fully integrated, single-vendor FM bundle — covering everything from cleaning to CAFM — or procure individual services such as cleaning, security, or M&E maintenance on a standalone basis. Most clients begin with one or two services and expand over time.

What is your service coverage area in Kenya?

Our primary operating zone is Nairobi County and its satellite towns — including Kiambu, Machakos, and Kajiado. We also serve Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and Eldoret. Contact us to confirm coverage for your specific location and we'll confirm availability within 24 hours.

How quickly can you mobilise after contract signing?

For standard contracts, we mobilise within 5–10 business days of signing — including staff deployment, equipment procurement, and CAFM system setup. Emergency or critical deployments can be mobilised within 24–48 hours, subject to scope and staffing availability.

Do you provide your own equipment and consumables?

Yes. Bestcare FM supplies all equipment, uniforms, PPE, and consumables required to deliver agreed services. Cleaning chemicals, pest control products, maintenance tools, and CAFM licenses are included in the monthly management fee unless otherwise specified in your contract.

What certifications and compliance standards do you hold?

Bestcare FM holds ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety) certifications. We are also a registered BIFM affiliate and NITA-registered training provider. Copies of all certificates are available on request.

How are your services priced — fixed fee or schedule of rates?

Pricing is based on a fixed monthly management fee for planned services, plus a schedule of rates for reactive and ad-hoc works. All pricing is transparent, itemised, and agreed in writing before contract commencement — no hidden charges, no surprises at month end.

What happens if a service standard is not met?

We operate to defined SLAs. Where a standard is not met, our CAFM system flags the breach automatically and our operations team initiates corrective action within the agreed response window. Persistent SLA failures trigger a formal rectification plan and, in some contracts, service credit provisions.

How do clients track service performance and reporting?

Every client receives a dedicated CAFM dashboard with real-time job status, asset history, and SLA tracking. A formal monthly performance report — covering task completion rates, response times, and compliance scores — is delivered to your account manager by the 5th of each month.

Are your staff uniformed, ID-badged, and vetted?

Yes. All Bestcare FM staff are background-checked against KRA databases, uniformed with property-specific branding, and issued photo ID badges before deployment. We maintain a live staff register for every contract, available to clients on request at any time.

Do you provide emergency / out-of-hours response?

Yes. Our 24/7 helpdesk handles emergency calls around the clock. For critical failures — such as plumbing leaks, electrical faults, or security breaches — our 2-hour emergency response SLA applies. Out-of-hours call-outs are included in most integrated FM contracts.
